ShipStation Express provides parcel shipping and delivery services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum liability stated in our service guide. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items.
While we strive to meet delivery commitments, delivery times are not guaranteed unless you purchase a guaranteed service. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 60 days of shipment. Claims must include supporting documentation as required.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
